SUBLIMEADE COMMISSIONS: TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have agreed that you have read and will adhere to my terms of service in its entirety. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
TERMS
Above all, please be patient with me. While art has been a part of my life for many years, I still very much consider myself a "budding" artist. There are many aspects of art that I am still exploring; you may notice inconsistencies within my art style. I am also very new to the process of commissions, and may need a little extra time to ensure I process each order fully. Thank you.
Please respond to any questions I might have about completing the commission within 48 hours of receiving said questions.
Please respond to my order confirmation message within 48 hours of receiving said confirmation.
Please provide me with clear, unshaded references for your characters. If you provide a shaded reference or a gallery link (ex: Toyhouse), I cannot guarantee that design details will remain accurate in their entirety.
Be respectful. Language including racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. will result in a denial of all services, current and future.
I will not draw anything explicit, including but not limited to: extreme nsfw art, offensive subjects, fetish art. Please talk to me about suggestive/light nsfw, as I might be willing to do that! Artistic nudity is completely fine.
I will not provide unwatermarked versions of my art.
As the artist, I hold rights to the drawing. I am allowed to use the commission piece promotionally.
As the commissioner, you hold rights to the character. You are allowed to use the piece for personal use only. You are not allowed to reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially/for profit, trace, take credit for the art, remove any signature or watermark on the artwork, or use the artwork as an NFT.
I have the right to deny your commission request for any reason. If I am uncomfortable working with your request, it will not be accepted.
Commissions are not first come first serve. Though currently, since I am a very small artist, there is a high likelihood of me taking your request. ^^
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in USD via Paypal upon receipt of invoice.
Please provide me with an email you are comfortable sharing with me so I can send you the invoice.
Payment is due in full up front. For orders above 100 USD, payment plans can be discussed.
Please be able to send the full payment (or initial planned installment) within 48 hours of confirming order. If no payment is sent within 48 hours and there is no reason provided, I will cancel your order.
After your order and payment have been confirmed and I have begun work on your commission, I will not issue you a refund unless it is under unexpected circumstances, such as a delay in my ability to complete the commission or sudden health issues.
PROCESS
Please provide me with a guideline for your idea, including pose, expression, outfit, etc. If no guideline is provided, you are leaving me to my own artistic liberties to complete the commission.
Please allow me one week to one month to complete your commission. The timeline in which I complete your commission will rely on a number of factors, including my physical/mental health, when your order was confirmed, school. etc. I will notify you if there is any unexpected delay and give you the opportunity for a refund.
I will send updates of the commission as I complete it (including sketch, lines, flat colors, shading/rendering) to be approved before moving on to the next phase. Please confirm these updates/send requests for small changes within 48 hours of receiving them.
I will only make small changes to the commission within 48 hours of its completion. Major changes, such as altering pose, outfit, expression, etc. will require an additional fee.
